Fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Events Co-ordinator to join a busy team of this thriving US law firm with at least five years’ previous office experience working in a marketing team..

This is a perfect position for someone looking to progress their background in a thriving environment and develop their marketing BD skills and organise over 50 events in the Calendar year.  Reporting to the Events Manager, you will be responsible for all event organisation and social media.

Qualifications:

·Undergraduate degree required with previous experience in a business development or marketing team

Qualities and skills required:

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·Excellent Microsoft Office skills a prerequisite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Level of proficiency with Canva desirable but not essential

·Excellent editorial and proofreading skills

·Strong attention to detail

·Previous law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred

·Confident, energetic and self-motivating

·Collaborative team player

·Ability to work under time pressure and juggle multiple tasks without dropping standards
