ANGELA CROWE

DIRECTOR, CHARALLE LEGAL

Angela has been in the recruitment industry since 1989 – with a mixed background of commercial and legal support experience. However, since 1992, she moved over to legal support recruitment for law firms in the City and this remains her area of expertise. Angela deals with a mix of both UK and US law firms as clients – with the latter being a niche area for the last 10 years. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding and often her candidates have become clients, where she continues to build on those working relationships.
SHARON DEACON

DIRECTOR, CHARALLE COMMERCIAL

Sharon has worked in the recruitment industry since 1989. Sharon started to specialise in Accountancy/Management Consultancy firms in 1996. She has run the KPMG, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Deloitte accounts amongst many others. Sharon started her own company in 2009 and now as well as the Accountancy firms, she deals with many international and UK based Law firms. Because of her experience, she has built a thorough understanding of the positions she is recruiting for as well as the culture of the clients she works with, often dealing with the same clients for many years.
